Abstract: Recently, wireless sensor networks, routing protocols are based on the clustering of neighboring nodes by dividing into separate clusters and cluster head selections for combining local and cluster information with the base station and trying to balance the energy consumption of nodes in the network. , The best performance in terms of longevity and maintain network coverage compared with other routing methods to gain. However, the clustering protocols have been proposed so far, the only geographic proximity (neighborhood) as a parameter in the cluster one.his study uses a wireless network's neural network and data envelopment analysis and examines their effectiveness. Clusters and networks are better than the previous protocols, such as LEACH and LEA2C, as well as the effect cost function and its proposed efficiency (with simulation) is limited.
