Abstract: The penetrating look at the world shows that this world today is very different in comparison with the past. This rapidly changing world has created a society of craving for speed andaction. In this world of changing conditions and priorities, both contributors of leaders and individuals should be able to look beyond the present and take a more strategic leadership approach to their work and responsibilities. Without effective strategic leadership, the probability that an organization can achieve superior or even satisfactory performance when confronting the challenges of the global economy will be greatly reduced. On the other hand, with the growingcompetition in a dynamic environment, competitive advantage can be very important for achievingbetter performance and better results eventually. Entrepreneurship affects the competitive advantage through organization capability, strategic decision making and innovationapplying to reach the ultimate customers. In this research we first review the literature of strategicleadership and entrepreneurship, and then argue the relationship that strategic leadership could have with competitive advantage and organizational performance through entrepreneurship.
