Abstract: One of the most effective ways of gathering information in Competitive Intelligence is a SWOT matrix. The purpose of this study is to analyze information by SWOT related to the Internet for fledgling businesses. In this particular way, we explained the external and internal strategies, including possible strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It was concluded that in the Internet-based Competitive Intelligence, whether the companies are able to shift from the traditional structural system to the e-business system or not, it is relevant to the organizational resources and support top management. It was determined that the Internet has evolved CI. Therefore, developing and maintaining business positions in the online arena is inevitable. Continued, a number of solutions and points for the mentioned companies and the role of the internet on their business were discussed
