Abstract: The chabazite-like silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve SAPO-34 was synthesized using diethylamine and morpholine as templates, and the effect of using the mixture of these two templates was studied in detail. Synthesis gel was treated by ultrasonic waves before hydrothermal treatment for all samples. XRD, SEM and FTIR were used to characterize the zeolites. During the methanol to olefin reaction, the catalytic performance of these samples was conducted in a micro reactor in a temperature range of 300-500. Test results indicated that the light olefins (C2 = + C3 =) selectivity is about 90% in the MTO reaction on these samples, and the methanol conversion is about 100% at 400.
