Abstract: The mass spectrometer method for atomic physics research has recently been widely applied in nuclear chemistry, geochronology, biochemistry and analytical chemistry. The isotopic structure is facilitated due to the identical ionization potential of atoms and small differences in their mass but requires high accuracy of measurements.
