Abstract: This article refers to a unique technique for empowering human resources and enhancing organizational culture through a systematic approach based on the PDCA concept as defined in the Deming cycle for continuous improvement process. The mentioned cycle includes 4 stages as Personal planning, Life skills Development, Self-evaluation and finally Self-review.
