Abstract: Vitis vinifera is one of the most important economical plant species that can be most reliable in each area. Improving the quality and increasing resistance of grapevine to the pathogen and unfavorable environmental condition is essential. Chemical fertilizer was used to increase crop yields for several years, which has a negative impact on the environment. Sustainable agriculture emphasizes yield improvement without affecting the environment; Therefore application of endophytic bacteria is a way to sustainable agriculture. Endophytice bacteria promotes plant growth of various herbals by various processes such as nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilization, phytohormones production, hydrophores, posing antagonistic activity and inducing high biotic and abiotic resistance to plants. The presence of Bacillus cereus as endophytic bacteria was identified from Vitis vinifera in Iran by using 16SrDNA gene-based PCR methods. The phylogenetic tree was drawn by MEGA 6 software using the Neighbor-joining method and the significance of the junctions was established using a bootstrap method (1000 replicates). By further research on plant growth, the plant-based industries have been improved to achieve their commercial success and plant maintenance facilitated in sustainable ecosystems.
