Abstract: Two strains of Trichoderma (T. viride and T. harzianum) were isolated and used for -glucanase enzyme production. The succinoglycan was produced by fermentation of sucrose by Agrobacterium radiobacter and its chemical structural properties were investigated by TLC, FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The results showed that the biogum is composed of glucose and galactose units carrying the pyruvate, succinate and acetate groups and indicated succinoglycan presence. The highest-glucanase activity was observed in T. harzianum. The SDS-PAGE profiles have several enzyme bonds such as (1,3), (1,4) and (1,6) glucanase. The T. harzianum and T. viride have both enzyme bonds of (1,3) glucanase and (1,6) glucanase. Cel6A (CBH II) was only observed in T. harzianum. The high values -succinoglycanase activity in T. harzianum due to the presence of (1,3), (1,6) glucanse enzymes and synergism that occurs between them. Succinoglycan is a good substrate for total-glucanase activity assay.

Abstract: An iterative method for the damage-based design of building frames is proposed. The iteration begins with a primary structure which can have any desired stretch or strength distribution. However, the final response is always unique. Abstract: The wind turbine generation system (WTGS) is one of the most representative renewable energy systems. With the rapid development of WTGS and its increased capacity, the level of short circuit current will increase in distribution systems. The application of the Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SFCL) would not only reduce the level of short circuit current, but also provide reliable interconnection to the network. The transformer-type superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is one of the fault current limiters, and has many advantages such as design flexibility. In this paper, the effect of transformer-type SFCL on the transient behavior of a grid connected to WTGS is studied. The WTGS is considered as a fixed-speed system equipped with a squirrel-cage induction generator. The drive-train is represented by a two-mass model. The simulation results show that the transformer-type SFCL not only limits the fault current but also can improve the dynamic performance of the WTGS.

Abstract: A multimodal multi-criteria route planning (MMRP) system provides an optimal multimodal route from a source point to a destination point, considering two or more criteria in a way. This route can be a combination of public and private transport modes. In this research, two meta-heuristic, simulated annealing (SA) and a genetic algorithm (GA) have been used for MMRP. After determining the optimal routes using each algorithm, these routes have been evaluated using the Lp-norm method. In this study, five transport modes, including a subway, will be fast transit (BRT), taxi, walking, and bus were considered for moving between nodes. Also, the fare, the time, the user's bother, and the length of the path were considered as effective criteria for solving the problem. The proposed models were implemented in an area in the center of Tehran in a GUI MATLAB programming language. The results showed the proposed GA, has a higher performance in supporting our analysis

Abstract: Due to the high death rate in women with breast cancer, detection will play a major role in the treatment of this type of cancer. Therefore, the early detection of breast cancer will increase the patients' chances of survival. The main tendency in feature extraction has been illustrating data in a lower dimensional and different feature space, for example, using principal component analysis (PCA). In this paper , We argue that the feature selection depends on the top of the eigenvalue, of course, is notproper, because they may not encode the useful information for classification purposes, features should be selected from all components by feature selection methods. Thus, Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used most We have applied PCA for dimension reduction, genetic algorithms for featureselection and support vector machines for classification. The most important of these algorithms is Wisconsin Breast Cancer Dataset (WBCD), which is commonly used among researchers. Who use machine learning methods for breast cancer diagnosis This approach is given. In addition, the methods used in the past have been compared to the performance of the selected approach. This approach affordsoptimal classification which is able to minimize the amount of features and maximize the accuracy of sensitivity, specificity and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. 10-fold crossvalidation has been used in the classification phase. The average classification accuracy of the developed PCA + GA + SVM system isobtained 100% for a subset that contained two features. This is very favorable compared to previously reported results.

Abstract: The belief that animals can predict earthquakes has been around for centuries. Earthquake prediction is a branch of the science of seismology, which deals with the specification of the time, location, and magnitude of future earthquakes within the stated confidence limits, but with sufficient precision that a warning can be issued. The belief that animals can predict earthquakes has been around for centuries. While many scientists still hold that, given enough resources, prediction may be possible, many others now maintain that prediction of earthquake is inherently impossible. Earthquake prediction based on animal behavior can not aim to provide fully quantified, time-varying, synoptic forecasts, but still much research has still to be done on this subject. In this study we considered that there are precursors to a significant earthquake that we have still to learn about (such as landing tilting, groundwater changes, electrical or magnet field variations), in fact it is possible that some animals could sense these signals and connect the perception With an impending earthquake.

Abstract: Many enzymes such as chitinase have applications in the pharmacy and industry fields. Chitinase has been used to produce different active physiological oligosaccharides from chitin to use them as a source of resistance and energy. Chitinases belong to the 18th and 19th family of glycol hydrolysis. The physiological property and reactive mechanisms of this enzyme vary in different organisms according to their metabolic roles. Tricoderma produces extracellular enzymes for degrading polysaccharides with high efficiency. This study focuses on the production of chitinase by Tricoderma Harzianum fungi in a laboratory condition. It has also suggested stabilizing purified chitinase by nano structures by capsulation. Enzyme stabilization on synthetic hydrogels can be done by physical absorption of biomolecules on a solid surface or a covalent bond of protein with a surface. In this study, pure chitin was produced which is then converted to chitosan. The chitosan as substrate used to stimulate Tricoderma Harzianum in a synthetic medium is then extracted from a fungus collected and sent to a genetic research center for the separation of various enzymes from solution to be prepared for biologic applications. Special enzyme stabilization in the field of industry.

Abstract: Mobile Manipulators, which consist of one or more manipulators mounted on a mobile base, absorbed much of the interest because they have locomotion. In such systems, it is expected to pass through various environmental conditions such as uneven topographies or roads. A suspended wheeled mobile manipulator is a proper structure for tolerating the irregularity of the open terrain. In this study, first, a general procedure for dynamics modeling of such systems is presented based on the iterative Newton-Euler's formulation. Then, to verify the obtained dynamics model, another model for the considered system was constructed by ADAMS simulation software. the results obtained from our analytical model and ADAMS software for highly coupled and nonlinear systems confirms the thoroughness of the analytical model. Although the benchmark system of this paper is flat, the proposed algorithm can be easily extended to these 3D space movement
complex systems. In addition, the presented approach can provide the interaction wrench (s) between the mobile vehicle and arm (s).
