Abstract: Following the rapid change and replacement of English high school textbooks in Iran, there is a growing concern about issues of methodology, implementation and feedback developed in ELT society. Several conferences and meetings were held, professors, scholars and practitioners were able to scrutinize every obvious and hidden corner of the program. The team of development and planning accepted the ideas with open arms and even encouraged more debates and discussions. Finally, in an introductory article they uncovered the prominent changes and called it New Horizons in Teaching English in Iran. The current study is trying to have a detailed review of the main contributions of the researchers in the field and summarize the key findings on the newly developed English for Schools Series: PROSPECTThe review of articles reveals some of the issues to be considered as leading developing more books of the series and possible adaptations in the current published volumes. The findings of this review study assure us that the change of textbooks has been warmly accepted by the community of English high school teachers and that they are content with the new communicative approach of the series. Although there are some shortcomings that could be accounted as insufficient devoted weekly time, lack of appropriate instruction for teachers, ignoring intercultural competence, weak skill integration and ambiguities for evaluation process.

Abstract: Since there have been many problems in the clinical management of anticancer drugs due to their poor solubility & amp; Targeting, development of new biodegradable Nano-carriers can provide good solutions to overcome most of the recent problems to obtain better controlled release and targeted delivery of drugs with better efficiency and less side effects. Acidic pH is considered as a phenotypic characteristic of cancer tumors. Under this acidic condition, it is known that the surface charge of Chitosan-modified nano-particles becomes more positive. On the other hand, cancer cells are negatively charged. It is worth mentioning that by loading anticancer drugs into this novel system, a strong electrostatic interaction between negatively charged tumor cells and positively chargednano-particles will be obtained. In order to obtain the desired, surface morphology and particle size of poly (lactide-coglycolide) (PLGA) nanoparticles, and high emulsifying effects, chitosan-modified PLGA NPs were optimized as potential carrier for drug delivery. The particle size and distribution, surface morphology, phase composition corresponding to different emulsifiers and different stirring times were characterized. Further, it was found that Chitosan could be a perfect modifier for making PLGA NPs as a potential carrier for drug delivery.

Abstract: This paper is intended to elucidate America's religions in the eighteenth century by focusing on the Deism and Natural religion in this era, which is known as the Age of Enlightenment or the Reason of the Age. The purpose is to explore the history and origins of deism. It's time to putaside political agenda and secular religious prejudice to put deism back into its properhistorical context. Deism offers a philosophical perspective on the nature of God and the universe. It expresses the belief in the creator of God, the first cause who brought the universe To existence.According to the argument from design, God is like a clockmaker. This hypothesis is not specificly incompatible with the scientific evolution theory. Those Deists who hold Goddirectly intervenes occasionally to repair or improve the clock, for example, by creating newer species, would This paper, by means of the Archival Method and Historical Analysis Method, has hastyd to answer the major question about what is Deism and How was it formed in the thereligion history of the United States And some other minor questions in order to investigate the history of D The causes, causes, principles of thinking, the emergence and evolution of it in Europeand in the United States, its importance and so on.As a result, it is worthwhile to notice that for decades deism has been generally ignored for itsinfluence in the eighteenth century American life. But the evidence showed that it was an animportant movement that inspired the Americans to question everything about their world. Therefore, even though deism's success was brief, it was important in a period so focused on discord, freedom, tolerance, equality and justice.

Abstract: The leadership and leadership of the Servant leadership is becoming more popular and important among other leadership styles in the current era of leadership and management. Although it is an alluring and interesting concept, it is not yet clearly defined and it is not fully developed and supported by empirical research. In this article, we will discuss the servant leadership's literature, its attributes and the differences between servant leadership and transformational leadership. And in the end, based on many attributes proposed by many studies and researchers, we will develop a framework for categorizing functional servants and accompanying attributes of servant leaders. After categorizing the attributes, two models will be suggested for researchers to work on and for practitioners to apply in their organizations.

Abstract: Supply chain disruptions have attracted both practitioners and scholars due to both their tremendous effect on the supply chain and their recent incidence. Supply chains are nowadays large-scale and globally distributed, suppliers are located in more risky regions because of their low supply costs, which makes global corporations more exposed to unexpected events and disasters. In this study, we investigate the disruption in supply-side of the supply chain and its effect on supplier selection. In order to fortify the supply chain, suppliers are assessed in terms of their ability to confront disasters. This evaluation is carried out using two well-known artificial intelligence techniques, namely ANFIS and BPL. These networks rate suppliers according to the risk criterion. The results of the networks are then introduced into the framework in which suppliers rank according to their risk.

Abstract: In this study, the graph of vibration of individual components of a fluid sloshing versus time is provided using image processing and coding techniques on captured video of fluid motion. The main stage of image processing has been developed in Simulink workspace. In this level, the components of the surface are detected and distinguished from the other layers and their related pixel 'coordinates are achieved. During the next step, using concise professional coding techniques, noise reduction has been done and then the absolute data of each frame is coordinated precisely and the graph of the specific component's longitudinal vibration is achieved. Although most of the research has been progressing with the various image processing features of MATLAB, the main body of the noise reduction method has been done by self-innovative solutions. To check the result, another graph is drawn, representing the position of all particles in a particular moment of the fluid motion; Both the particle position in the x direction of the first graph and the specific moment of the fluid motion in the second graph will be provided by the user, meaning that the code is able to provide both the longitudinal vibration of all particles for the whole captured movie duration And the position of all fluid particles in each individual moment of motion.

Abstract: This article investigates productivity, using the methodological basis of institutional economy to account for Iranian economy andattributes. In order to find out institutional impediments of improving productiveness, a conceptual framework is derived based on Norththeories. Founded on this conceptual framework, institutional barriers for productivity are divided into supply and demand impediments. The determinants of productivity, on the supply side, are transformation andtransaction costs. Institutions determining transaction costs are: institution of property rights, institutions and institutions that affect capital mobility, and institutions associated with transparent transparency of information flow. Indications of quality at these institutions are: the number of unpaid issued checks or the number of total dossiers, the number of robberies or enforced seizures, then number of bank branches, and Internet (telephone or cellphone) usersper 100 population. Capital per capita (physical or human) is used as an area variable for transformation costs. On the demand side, the lack ofrequired motivation in people and institutions (public will) and lack ofpolitical will will be seen as a barrier to improving productivity. Due to statistical weaknesses, available evidence of Iranian economydoes does not meet our theoretical requirements in this study)

Abstract: This paper studies and analyzes the effective parameters on the camera's evaluation process for a virtual studio. The camera pose an estimation process, the process of estimating camera extrinsic parameters, is based on closedform geometric approaches that exploit the simple corners of 3D cubic-like virtual studio landmarks. Our studies include all of the landmarks' characteristics such as landmark's lengths, landmark's angles and its installation position errors; and some camera parameters like lens' focal length and CCD resolution. We study and analyze all these parameters in camera extrinsic parameters, including camera rotation and position matrices through computer simulation. We found that the camera transaction matrix is infected more than other camera extrinsic parameters by the noise of effective pose estimation parameters.

Abstract: Vocabulary knowledge has critical role in success in foreign language. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learning a vocabulary via SMS. 50 students participated in this study. They were assigned as experimental and control groups. Before the beginning of the experiment, both groups took a vocabulary test. During the foure weeks of experiment the participant of the experimental group was taught 50 words of Absolutely Essential Words of the book, via SMS. After one month, both groups were administered a word test as a post test. Then, their pre and post test scores were compared using a dependent t test. The result of the t-test for the vocabulary test (t = 7.25, p <.05) showed that their vocabulary knowledge in the experimental group had significantly improved in the post-test compared to the pretest. The result of this study can have pedagogical implications for language teachers, in that they can use SMS as a useful way of teaching a large number of vocabularies
