Abstract: In today's world, business organization needs to analyze the market so that it can be stable in the face of a changing market and eventually be able to handle market management. For this purpose, the organization should update its business processes by utilizing modern technologies that this is called business intelligence (BI). In this paper, we are discussing the introduction of market management processes, a significant need for innovation and creativity in these processes for competition in current global trading. Furthermore, BI definitions from different authors' point of view and BI principles and characteristics are addressed. Then the proposed framework is introduced with consideration of the BI dimensions and functions of the company to provide organizational characteristics to the acquiring BI approach and derived benefits from it in the business trend. Business area development, progressive and goal-based presence in the international environment, and organization efficiency increase are some of the few key functions that are argued in continue. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a practical framework for helping organizations in the direction of their goals towards BI, which has resulted in a good and timely understanding of market conditions.

Abstract: Development and production of textbooks is a continuous process, which requires continuous and rigorous research and development. The responsibility for the assessment and approval of materials from Early Childhood Education to high grade for use in government schools lies with the officialcurriculum panels / committees, the Ministry of Education, which is the curriculum regulatory body in Iran. This study aims at exploring the textbook evaluation process and exploring the shortage of textbooks in the approved textbooks by the Education Ministry. The whole perspective is that there is a need to make the criteria objective in relation to content coverage in relation to curriculum content scope, conceptual building, assessment levels of appreciation in the end of chapter exercises, format and design, and binding to its durability.

Abstract: This study examines the relationship between auditor's independence and audit fees of listed companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange. Discretionary accruals used to measure independent auditors. In the method of least squaresregression analysis and combined data, we analyzed the research data using a statistical sample of 80 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange for the period 2005-2010. The study includes two hypotheses that theyinvestigate the relationship between the company's auditor's independence and changes in audit fees with the change in company size. It means, with increasing auditor independence, the audit fees paid to the auditors also increased. Also, the hypothesis test results showed that the largest size of the client company, additional fees paid to auditors

Abstract: The aim of this work is to apply the RANS approach with the f 2 turbulence model to the solution of the flow around a square cylinder and a surface mounted cube. For the cube case, none of the previously published numerical predictions obtained by steady-state RANS produced a good match with experimental data. Its presence requires unsteady RANS computation because flow is not statistically
stationary A f 2 model based on the standard k-model and referred to as k-2 f model is applied which has numerically appealing boundary condition for. The model is then validated and the results obtained are discussed and a qualitative comparison with experimental data is made. The results are in good agreement with the experimental data.

Abstract: The phenomenon of sex change through surgery and life satisfaction is a category associated with change in identity and emotion of satisfaction identity. The purpose of the study is to identify the changes in the living standards of transgendered people in the city of Rasht. The research method is an ethnographic study. The study population included all transgendered people inRasht betweenthe years 2008-2012 that have been undergoing sex changes. All of the cases held in the center for crisis management and based on statistical numbers, there are 29 people in Rasht city.Five individuals were selected as statistical sample. Research data was collected through surveys records, which were conducted prior to the operation and use of semi-structured interviews after gender reassignment surgery. To analyze thefindings, the researcher putting words together that overlap in the primary level of analysis, thedata is classified. After classifying the data into categories and highlighting words are paid, then we investigate the factors affecting the formation of each category and then describe the logical structure that has the Integration between the data and determine its implications for the interpretation of the data obtained in the interplay between the various stages of The research isdiscussed. Finally, the data are concluded using inductive analysis. Research findings indicate that the sex-changing messages are: Sense of community, a sense of a better life, a sense of freedom, a sense of value / importance, feeling alone, feeling confident / unsure, lack of job security, And a sense of belonging and differentiation. Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of turbid water in selective withdrawal reservoirs before and after summer monsoon. The average rainfall during the November-May was low, compared with that during June-October. The reservoir water was discharged through watergates when the previous rainfall and inflow exceeded 50 mm and 80 m3 s-1, respectively. The intake tower was generally used except for the high runoff period. The average turbidity in the down-reservoir showed a difference of 29.9 NTU between pre-muson and post-muson. The diameter of the clouds of turbid water ranged between 0.435 and 482.9 m. Fine particles such as clay were much denser than the larger particle. In the whole stations, the clay component was relatively higher with a proportion of that in particle distribution. Particle composition of turbid water showed that clay consisted of 94.4 ~ 98.9% and the label made of 1.1 ~ 5.6%. Analysis of the cloudy water movements derived from particle distribution showed linear increase from the deep layer towards the surface layer in the lower area of the reservoir. This was closely related to the hydraulic behavior of the reservoir, which was heavily affected by discharges through selective withdrawal towers and water gates. The turbid water originated from the stream sediments in the middle area is then re-suspended in the downstream reservoir causing a movement between the surface and middle layers of the reservoir. Therefore, this phenomenon needs to be understood as reservoir water quality management.

Abstract: In this paper, the numerical method (Fourth order Runge-Kutta) is used to determine the heat transfer equation of a fin with the power-law temperature-dependent thermal conductivity and heat transfer coefficient. NuM solve the equations directly and no simplifications are needed. This is one of the most important difference between NuM and approximation methods. The numerical investigation is carried out for different governing parameters. It was shown that NuM gave accurate results. These results have been shown that this approach is very efficient and easy, so it can be applied forvarious differential equations especially for difficult ones. Results are presented for the dimensionless temperature distribution and fin efficiency for various values of the problem parameters, which for all of them have excellent precision

Abstract: The problem of entropy generation in magnetohydrodynamic free convection in a square cavity is investigated in this paper. An external magnetic field is assumed to act in the horizontal direction. Two vertical opposite walls are maintained at constant but different temperatures and the two horizontal walls are well insulated. The coupled governing equations are solved by the SIMPLE algorithm for three values of Rayleigh number, four irreversible coefficients and five values of the Hartmann number. The results show that: (a) the total entropy generation for the same irreversibility coefficient increases with Rayleigh number; (B) the entropy generation due to the heat transfer and the viscous effects for a certain value of the Rayleigh number and the irreversibility coefficient decreases with the Hartmann number; (C) the Bejan number increases rapidly as the irreversibility coefficient decreases. The contours of streamlines, isotherm lines, and iso-entropy generation lines are also plotted for Ra = 10 5, j = 10 4-and different values of the Hartmann number.
