Abstract: Water is a scare commodity. It can not be created, but it will get replenish. Rainfall is the major source of water for the human being. It is highly erratic in nature. Major parts of the earth do not receive the rains throughout the year. The average rainy days may vary from 10 to 45 from the arid to semiarid region. Therefore, management of the water resources became an essential function of the society. Community management of the water resources has proven over time to be very successful and sustainable. This approach ensures its optimal use, conservation, and maximizes the benefits. Large numbers of such examples are scattered throughout India. Involvements of the people 's participation in the construction of water harvesting structures and irrigation water management of harvested water shows that the community can bring revolution in the water management sector. The successes story sets out very good examples of participatory approach and could inspire people facing water crisis. This paper illustrates the few successful cases of participatory irrigation management practiced in India.

Abstract: In the present work, the effect of organic-modified clay, Cloisite 30B, on the structural and flexural properties of TETA-cured epoksidine resin is studied. A 3-point bending test was carried out to estimate the flexural properties of the samples with different clay content. Furthermore, the quality of dispersion and intercalation / exfoliation of clay in the epoxy nanocomposites was characterized by means of an X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. XRD results indicated that the clay has been better intercalated by the epoxy matrix compared to pure Cloisite 30B. The results also showed that addition of clay up to 1.5 wt. % Can lead to a maximum value in flexural strength of about 31.5% in comparison with neat epoksiya. However, the flexural modulus of nanocomposites increases continuously by about 15.5% with addition of clay up to 5 wt. %

Abstract: Ozone depleting and warming potential of CFC and HCFC refrigerants led developed countries to agree on the Montreal Protocol, according to which the production and consumption of these substances must be prohibited before 2010. In this regard, a great deal of efforts have been made. Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS). R-134a, which is an HFC, has been found to be the optimal solution for short-time substitution. Unfortunately, the global warming potential (GWP) of this gas is much more than CFCs. Several research projects have shown that hydrocarbons such as propane, butane, and isobutane are very good substitutes for CFCs. These natural refrigerants have zero ozone depleting potential and a negligible GWP. In this paper, the possibility of using HCs as substituents for CFCs has been investigated, and a computer simulation of a small refrigeration cycle with various refrigerants has been made using the revised version of the GCAP. The results show that a hydrocarbon mixture with 40% propane (R-290), 50% butane (R-600) and 10% i-butane (R-600a) is the most appropriate alternative.

Abstract: Granular trench is one of the fast, most efficient and low cost methods for increasing the bearing capacity of strip footings. There is a few data on the operation of granular trenches, especially for seismic conditions. In this paper, a new analytical method is proposed for calculating the static and seismic bearing capacity of strip feet supported by a granular trench based on the imaginary retaining wall concept. The analytical results were compared with available analytical and numerical methods. As shown, the new proposed model has a good ability to predict the bearing capacity of such foundations in both static and seismic conditions.

Abstract: Beside of Glass Inomer Cements, s (GIC) brilliant properties, the weak mechanical properties of GIC are a big barrier to using it in orthopedic surgery. Abstract: Search engines are widely used by people who participate in various social networks. Information in social networks can be used to optimize search results. Friendship links in a social network creates a graph of communities. A community in network contains users that are like one another and unlike nodes contained in further communities. Chronically, similar vertices have common neighbors. In a social network, if two users have lots of common friends, they might share interest. As a result, they search for common information and one user can profit from the other's search process. In this paper, we are trying to optimize the search engine process. We consider the visit rate of web pages by community-mates (users in the same community) as a criterion for ranking the search results. Experimental results show that more relevant page results are presented in higher rank by our search engine

Abstract: The vibration analysis of a surface-piercing propeller (SPP) is considered in this work. A surface piercing marinepropeller is used in the propulsion system of high speed vessels. This type of propeller is commonly made of stainless steel to withstand the severe hydrodynamic pressure condition. A novel composite propeller designed from woven fabric carbon / epoxy laminate is numerically analyzed for its dry and wet vibration, in addition to the steel propeller. The effect of the water surrounding the propeller blade is most often modeled as a mass added to the blade mass. In this work, an analytical method is applied to determine the added mass for a simple geometry vibrating in the water in order to validate the results. Of the finite element method. The rotational and bending modes and their corresponding natural frequencies of the free vibration of both composite and steel propellers in air and in water are computed to identify the vital differences for design purposes.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of educational digital media in relation to the pamphlet, concerning the reduction of the consumption of hookah among male high school student in Zahedan -Iran. This studio is semi-empirical conducted on 200 male high school students in Zahedan, using multi-stagger sampling. The samples were divided into two test and control groups and the measurement was performed before and after intervention. Data collection tool was a 53-item questionnaireconsisted of demographic, knowledge, attitude, behavior and self-efficacy questions. Its validity andreliability were confirmed. The test group was educated using digital films and the control group using pamphlet. The purpose of education was the reduction of hookah use. The results before and after intervention were analyzed using SPSS software, Mann Whitney and Chi square tests as well as onedirect guidance variance analysis.

Abstract: Flow forming is an advanced, eco-friendly chip-less metal forming process, which uses an incremental rotary point deformation technique. Flow forming offers a remarkable increase in tensile properties due to strain hardening and provides excellent dimensional precision and surface finish for shaped parts. In this study, the effects of a number of passes on mechanical properties, surface quality and spin precision are investigated on 7075-O aluminum tubes. A prototype tube spinning tooling has been designed and manufactured. The effect of number of passes is surface hardness, diameter growth, surface roughness, thickness variation and geometrical accuracy has been documented. The experimental results show that with increment of number of passes, the thickness variation increases, but increasing feed rate has a negative impact on diameter growth and geometrical accuracy and has no effect on surface roughness and surface hardness.
