Abstract: This study aims to represent a math model for identifying effective factors in brand identity in banking. This survey is a descriptive / analytical type with applied goals. Statistical population of this study included all the customers of the banks in East Azerbaijan. Using a stepwise cluster sampling, a sample size of 386 people was achieved through the Cochran formula. To test the hypotheses, independent t test, variance analysis, and stepwise linear regression were used. The results showed that effective factors in brand identity include communicative capabilities, meaningfulness, development and expansion, compliance and creativity, and positive mental imagery. The findings of this paper can be used to evaluate brand identity in banking.

Abstract: Considering second order effects caused by mobility reduction, a MTL-based squarer / divider circuit is designed. Although mobility reduction is a difficult phenomenon to be modeled in a MOS translinear loop, the presented analysis provides a good way to cancel this effect. Our design results in a simpler solution than previous works, and since it is not based on the simple square-law behavior of the MOS transistor, we can use transistors with shorter channel lengths in comparison with conventional MTL-based circuits, so lower silicon area and more Accuracy is achieved

Abstract: This paper presents the Nonlinear Model-Based Predictive Control (NMPC) of the Wheeled Mobile Robots (WMRs) based on a discrete-time fuzzy model to approximate the dynamics of the robot and actuator. The parameters of the fuzzy model are adjusted on-line using a gradient descent algorithm and a recursive least square estimation method in order to cope with uncertainties in the system. In addition, by optimizing the weights in the cost function of the NMPC, a better tracking error of the WMR can be obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively control a type (2.0) WMR with a good performance

Abstract: Value Engineering (VE) is a proven and effective tool for both continuous improvement and design enhancement. This paper deals with the integration of VE; Risk Assessment and Continual Improvement concepts in order to provide an effective model for meeting the challenges faced by the oil industry. The model is applicable to old installations as well as the new plants applying new technologies. After a brief introduction to the risks in the industry, we discuss the five phases of the VE including Investigation, Speculation, Evaluation, Development and Presentation. The guidelines are the key elements of value management – could be used by design engineers in various industries of the industry from reservoir engineering to final delivery of crude oil; middle distillates and petrochemical products at terminals or other delivery points.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze private consumption in Romania from a time series modeling perspective having as a starting point the hypothesis of random walk theory of consumption. The random walk model of consumption was initiated by economist Robert Hall (1978) who described consumption as a function of only consumption from the previous period plus the error (innovation) term. The Box-Jenkins method was used for the analysis using annual data of private consumption in Romania for the period 1970-2013 measured in 1970 bln. $ Constant prices. The final results show that private consumption in Romania is better characterized by an AR (4) process, thus invalidating the hypothesis of the following AR (1) model

Abstract: One of the centers that has a high sensitivity for design is a psychotherapy center because of the special physical, mental and sentimental conditions of their patient. Design and architecture of psychotherapy centers and caring mental patients are new subjects in our country; And there was no attempt to study and design this center by interior specialist. To start the design of every use, recognition of the habitants of that place is necessary. Recognition and understanding of the different needs of schizophrenic patients and the attempt to meet their needs and respect the priority of these needs in designing and improving their special spaces can be effective in improving its quality. Schizophrenia is a chronic and debilitating illness that is associated with impaired social and occupational skills and affects approximately one percent of the population. Since these patients are considered one of the most disadvantaged sectors of society and their main requirement is to help them return home and social environment, it should be possible to step in improving treatment by identifying and using elements of the environmental quality and introducing Because of the main purpose of admission of psychiatric schizophrenic patients, it is maintenance of the safety of patients and others and, above all, its stable treatment. But psychotherapy centers in Iran can not fully respond to these patients' needs. And most buildings in the old psychiatric institutions are without proper space and occupational therapy areas are not efficient and effective. The subject of this paper is the eclectic and interdisciplinary, means architecture and psychology. Purposes of that are to obtain a codified agreement, design standards and present a architectural pattern for treatment and positive effects on schizophrenic patients' mental disorders and their return to normal life.

Abstract: Teachers have a significant role in the society since they influence the youth and guide them into successful and responsible adults. The teachers are expected to be not only knowledgeable, but also well-balanced and alert in other aspects related to teaching (student's behavioral issues, stuudents' learning tactics …) making it a tactical and difficult job. Therefore, it becomes important to consider the well-being of the teachers and to study the challenges faced by them resulting in bur nout. This paper aims at examining and comparing the causes that lead to such a condition. A questionnaire has been prepared and distributed among ten teachers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English as a foreign language in the university and institute. The physiological, psychological and environmental factors are found and their frequency is statistically evaluated and analyzed. Results suggest a possible relationship between demotivation, depersonalization and stressful conditions and the feeling of burnout.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel tunable, highly linear pseudo-differential transconductance amplifier is presented. This transconductance exhibits a wide adjustment range in the V-I conversion curve. In this design, the input signal voltage is transmitted to linear CMOS transistors in two ways. Interaction of transformations leads to eliminate the two-order factor of the input signal, and creates a high linearization in the V-I conversion curve. The operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) was simulated in a .18m CMOS TSMC technology, 3 volt supply voltage and 2.1mw power consumption. High linearity of OTA is obtained from -1.5 to +1.5, and the transconductance changes from 1uA to 20uA.
