Abstract: Nanocomposite membranes based on sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) and Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles as filler were prepared by dispersion of Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles into a SPEEK matrix with a solution casting method. Influence of Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles upon water uptake, dimensional stability and proton conductivity of nanocomposite membranes are investigated. The good proton conductivity of the membranes can be attributed to the presence of Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles that can perform as pathways for proton transport. The interaction of Fe2TiO5 nanoparticles with the sulfonic acid groups of the SPEEK polymer can limit the polymer chains resulting in increased dimensional stability.

Abstract: Organizational learning culture supports information acquisition, information distribution, information interpretation and organizational memory and enhances continual learning, employing them to develop the firm. Developing a strong organizational learning culture is of great importance and improves the performance of the staff and the organization; It also results in their commitment to the organization and higher job satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the status of the learning culture in the Organization of Industries and Businesses of Fars Province, Iran. We use data from 132 employees' questionnaires. The results show that there is a significant direct relationship between the acquisition and interpretation of information, the interpretation of the information, behavioral and cognitive changes, behavioral and cognitive changes and innovative culture, technical and operational innovation and innovative culture, and behavioral and cognitive changes and technical And operational innovation. Therefore, to enhance learning culture, organizations need to pay particular attention to how information is acquired and interpreted. Abstract: Oman has an arid climate with an average annual precipitation less than 100 mm. Agriculture production in Oman is almost completely dependent on irrigation in which more than one third of irrigation water is supplied by aflj. Prior to the 1970s, the falah (singular of aflj) systems were the backbone of agriculture in the northern parts of Oman. There are three types of falaj in Oman: ghail, da, and cain. Among these three types, only the da'd falaj is similar to Iran qanat irrigation systems. These are conduits dug in the ground to convey water by gravity from one place to another; there are more than 4,000 aflj in the Sultanate of Oman, of which 3,017 are active. Many aflj in Oman were built over 1500 years ago and some of them may date back over 2,500 years. There was a major period of construction during the Yacriba Dynasty by Imam Sultan bin Saif Al Yarubi between 1,060 and 1,070 Hijri (1,650 – 1,660 AD). However, several aflj were constructed only 150 years ago. The falaj systems are still focal to agricultural communities in Oman, as they represent 36% of the total consumption of water in the agricultural sector and 38% of the total available fresh water. Due to their historical and cultural importance, five representative falaj systems, together with related structures such as defense towers, mosque sundials and buildings for water auctions, have recently been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Sustainability was the way of life of our ancestors: because falaj systems use gravity flow, water use never exceeded water supply. The Sultanate's traditional methods of water management provide important lessons for the future. Using water fairly in times of plenty and times of scarcity is one of these lessons. essential element in planning water management in Oman's climatic conditions.

Abstract: Most of the art lovers and experts in art history adore Parsi artist's skills. Considerations of the history of architecture in Parsi style could instruct us towards the origin of this architectural style. The ancient Dashtestan region was residential from the old ages and considered as one of the bases of seafaring and cruising the Achaemenian government in the Pars Sea (Persian Gulf) in the Acheamenian era. Pars style architecture works are seen a lot in this region and Gr-e Dotar is one of those examples there have been different views about this exclusive building. Some people regard this building as a monument and some others consider it as a temple. Although everybody agrees to relate this building to the Achaemenian era, but there are no similar views and agreements about its exact age. Considering the architecture of this building shows that Dashtestan was the origin of the Achaemenian civilization and studying this building, which belongs to one of the progenitors of Cyrus the great (Cyrus the great), makes us acquainted with the transitional stage of the art style of Elamid style To Pars Art architecture style.

Abstracts: Deficit and unsuitable time distribution of rainfall in most parts of Iran cause both drought and flood as two serious problems in the country. Residents of these areas have used native rainfall catchment systems in a wide range to adapt to nature and overcome water shortages. The residents of the Larestan region in the south west of Iran have overcame water shortages and soil salinity by using these systems. The main objective of this study is the economic and social evaluation of Abanbar as a water harvesting system. The results show that the mentioned rainfall catchment system is sustainable from the social and economic point of view. The results also show that traditional water-harvesting systems are in line with the socio-economic aspects of the region

Abstract: In this research, an integration of analytical and numerical approaches is used to develop a new engineering technique for optimal design of leaf spring landing gears for light aircrafts. To the best knowledge of the authors, there is no paper in the open literature on composite leaf spring gears detail design. To address this issue, first, the procedure for detailed leaf springs landing gears, using the principle of conservation of Energy, first order shear deformation theory and finite element method are developed. The new method considers the requirements for the certification specifications for light aircrafts (CS-VLA). The LSDYNA software is used to simulate a drop test for a composite designed landing gear numerically. Comparison between the results obtained by LS-DYNA software and developed technique in this Research, showed a reasonable correlation in terms of load factors, deflections and stresses.

Abstract: Placing individuals in two dimensions, namely, physical location in a real time, is the basis of the time-space prism approach. The opportunities that require participation in spatially distributed activities are able to define the individual travel pattern in a given time period. Bindings of time-space constraints on individuals determine the prism boundaries. This paper explains the application of time-space prism to the analysis of travel behavior in developing countries. It was concluded that the approach provides a basis for understanding the time-space constraints and can be used to design possible strategies to reduce travel problems in developing countries.

Abstract: Synthesis of high temperature polyimide foams with pore sizes in nanometer rang was developed. Foams were prepared by casting graft copolymers comprising a thermally stable block as the matrix and a thermally labile material as a dispersed phase. The polyimides derived from pyromellitic dianhydride with novel diamines were used as the matrix material and the functionalized poly (ropylene glycol) oligomers were used as a thermally labile constituent. Upon thermal treatment, the labile blocks were subsequently removed leaving pores with the size and shape of the original copolymer morphology. The polyimides and foamed polyimides were characterized by some conventional methods.

Abstract In this study, we identify cows with subclinical mastitis and somatic cell count (SCC) and culture samples for isolated Staphylococcus aureus, which then examined Staphylococcus aureus virulence genes. 41samples colony morphology on culture and tube coagulase test was coagulase-positive staphylococc. After gene amplification of 23S rRNA by PCR, 34 samples were finitely isolated from Staphylococcus aureus. Finally, a total of 34 samples, 15 samples from a gene-CoA and a number 23 sample with a gene-clfA and a number 28 sample with a gene-spa (X-region) and Number 19 sample with gene-spa (IgG). After the use of statistical analysis, the correlation between virulence genes and increase somatic cell was observed (P value 0/05).
